1 Minimum term of 5 years This agreement has a minimum term of 5 years and is not automatically renewed without new terms. I understand and agree 3 OXIAE Contract Asset The collaboration is structured as a measurable, transferable and financeable contract position within the OXIAE portfolio. I understand and agree 4 Full measurability Requests, follow-up, revenue and customer contact must remain visible so results can be measured and distributed fairly. I understand and agree 5 Revenue share and revenue control Revenue, extra work, repeat jobs, service contracts and payments must remain verifiable through administration or integrations. I understand and agree 6 No bypassing or off-system transactions Leads, customers and processes coming in through OXIAE may not be processed outside the system. I understand and agree 7 Transferability and financing OXIAE may use contract rights, revenue streams and portfolio value for transfer, pledging, financing, SPV or treasury structures. I understand and agree 8 Fair and transparent cooperation We work together on the basis of clear agreements, trust, transparency and shared growth. I understand and agree 9 No guaranteed results OXIAE guarantees effort, infrastructure and optimisation, but not fixed Google rankings, traffic, request volume or revenue. I understand and agree 10 Quality and availability The partner performs work professionally, follows up requests promptly and helps handle complaints or call-backs carefully. I understand and agree 11 Data, AI and security Calls, prompts, AI workflows, customer data, call data and usage data may be processed for intake, delivery, quality control, optimisation and system security.
